Returns & Exchanges

We strive to provide our Pennyland customers the very best experience when shopping with us. We understand that every body is different and we strongly recommend that you follow our size guide before purchasing.

Returns Policy:

Due to hygiene issues associated with swimwear, Pennyland does not accept exchanges, but if you unhappy with our product for any reason we are more than happy to discuss the details with you.

  • There are no returns or refunds on sale items unless faulty.

  • Returns requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date.

  • Goods must be in original unworn, undamaged condition and must have the protective hygiene sticker and all swing tags attached and intact.

  • In the original, undamaged product packaging, such as Pennyland swim bag.

  • With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order).

Refunds Policy:

All of our products are quality controlled before dispatch but in the unlikely case of receiving a faulty item please email us and we will start the returns process. Pennyland will bare the return shipping costs of a faulty item, so please include a copy of your postage receipt with your return and we will reimburse you if the item is deemed faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service when returning your items, if your item does not arrive with us at Pennyland we will take no responsibility for your purchase.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and if it is deemed faulty you will be issued store credit so you will be able to repurchase from our online Pennyland store.

Please note goods will assessed by Pennyland to confirm to the Returns policy prior to refund. Please allow up to 5 days for processing after goods delivered to our warehouse.

Please be aware that refunds can only be made to the payment method or credit card used for the original purchase.

Pennyland does not refund items for any reason other than your items being faulty. We are more then happy to discuss the details of any return with our customers and help as much as possible to exchange your item or to issue you with a store credit if necessary.

Returns Process:

If you would like to return your product please ensure you have read and understood our Policies above.

To start the process, email Customer Support at leah@pennyland.co with details of why you would like to return the product and whether you would like to be issued with store note or a different product. Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in adequate condition is your responsibility.

Do not attempt to return the product without first contacting Customer Support. We cannot guarantee any refund or return credit if this process is not followed.

Colour Accuracy:

Please keep in mind due to the manufacturing process, that colour shades can appear slightly different in each production run. Also due monitor/screen colour calibration, the variety of our photoshoots and lighting may have an affect on the colour(s) in posted photos and fabric may appear very slightly different in real life. We can however ensure that Pennyland products are all made with the highest quality Italian fabric and we are confident that you will love the pieces as much as we do.
